NY Yankee A-Rod's plane ran off RWY-8 a couple of hours ago. No one injured. It stopped in the EMAS that was put in place after Southwest flight 1455 crashed through the fence six years ago.

Exact same thing happened a few months back to a F900 at KGMU. The falcon went far enough to have the mains in the emas as well. I watched it happen and it was pretty scary..the pilot said he was going about 70 knots when he hit it.

An awesome shot!! Red Sox fan, don't forget that we Seattle Mariner fans kinda feel a bit of schadenfreude with this one, too, relating to the PAX. Nothing but pity for the G II.

Good condition of the nose gear after supporting such a big amount of energy.

@ the schadenfreude comment: I share your feelings my friend, although I couldn't careless about sports! I do believe that sports superstars are way overrated and definitely not worthy of living such an extravagant lifestyle.

Regards from the home of The Padres! :)
