A two of a kind airplane. Built by modifiying a Schweizer 2-32 sailplane, this was intended as a high-altitude long-endurance UAV. This airframe was flown both manned and unmanned. At one point, this aircraft held 17 FAI Class C1 and C1b, C1c and C1d altitude records (set in 1972), of which 16 still stand. Now on display in the Vintage Flying Museum.
