G-IZII (cn 110) Now this is not your average backdrop! I was fortunate enough to fly into London City Airport's 2009 Fun Day with the Swift Aerobatic Display Team, and here Guy Westgate can be seen flying the Swift glider in front the O2 Arena (formely known as the Millennium Dome) and the River Thames.

How on earth did you capture this. close formation, even with zoom, and steep turn over a populated area? i wouldn't dare attempt to take a nice photo

Gliding is definitively great and aerobatics flying is great fun too (I'm a glider pilot)!! But gliding above London must just be awesome!!
