The lead aircraft is definitely a homebuilt and I will add : a home designed. Not for nothing the owner/builder/pilot put "Unik" in the name. Note the registration MPU for Michel Pomerleau (owner/builder/pilot). The U stands for Unik.
As for the comments on us flying slow : you are right on! The stall warning on the Mooney keeps remembering us of that fact... ;-)

The first aircraft is not a PA-28, he's often comming at the airport where I work and it have similar lines than a piper but more rough and it's a little smaller than the cherokee

Nice photo, and just to correct a previous poster, the lead aircraft is not a homebuilt - it is also a Cherokee if you look close, but without the wheel fairings (common in training aircraft). so 2 cherokees.
