The nose wheel of this Lance failed to extend so the pilot had to perform an emergency landing just before noon local time today. Perfectly down with no injuries, only the pilot onboard.

Right place at the right time. Gary kept his head, and so did the PIC. Note prop stopped in perfectly horizontal position to minimise damage. Pilot's arms position show discipline to keep the nose light.

Focus and light good. Subject tells a story as well as capturing the mishap. Well done Gary
