Damaged beyond economical repair during a wheels-up landing at Sumburgh on 29 March 1981, this unique aircraft sat at the fire service dump with an uncertain future for more than 20 years. Thanks to the efforts of Mr Duncan Feather, who decided to salvage the rare Potez, in 2006 the fuselage and wings were hauled across Shetland to his home in the settlement of North Roe, where he and his family have set to work on the turboprop, which now sits next to their house awaiting a better future.
