Mr. Fuchs replica of Santos-Dumont 14-BIS is seen in Campo de Marte for a quick run. 14-BIS was the 1st "heavy than air" to fly. It flew in Paris in October 23, 1906. Since 1991 there's some flyable replicas of 14-BIS in Brazil. This one flew in Paris in 1992. Thanks for Tonho! [Canon Powershot S2 IS / Cindy]

Very good pic, god bless Santos Dumont, he must be in somewhere in the heaven, connected to the internet and glad to see a prototype of his pioneer 14 bis.
