A part of "The Chariots of Fire Fighter Collection" at Omaka, this replica was built in 1961 by noted pioneer of WW-I aircraft reproductions, Joe Pfeiffer in California. It is in the colours of Kiwi WW-I ace Malcolm 'Mac' McGregor. He scored the first of his aerial victories in Pup A6192 on 06-06-1917 when he downed an Albatros D.III near Cambrai, France. He so liked A6192 that he named it 'Peggy' in honour of his sister. (Source: AHC, Omaka) [Canon EOS 40D + EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM]
