This is not a crash site - this is 'contemporary art'. "It combines the incompatible, and confronts us with the unexpected. The helicopter, placed upside down, challenges the audience's imagination". (...Well, at least this is what the 'artists' say...) ;-)

Just because we're pilots, doesn't mean we have to be stupid and anti-art. It gets you thinking. Believe it or not there are a lot of artists who are pilots too.

Just because we value art doesn't mean we must accept mediocre art; if intellect is in the appreciation of art, I refuse to appreciate art from a halfwit. This object isn't innovative in conception, design, or execution, and an upside down helicopter does not make you think, it's just a particular attitude that some helicopters can achieve.

The real work of art here is the beautifully sculpted fuselage of the lovely chopper. The so-called 'artiste' who did this couldn't draw water. He's the one who's challenged.
