Caption
This aircraft was rebuilt from a Rutan Long-Ez. First flight as Stag-Ez was in 1987. The aircraft suffered an engine failure in prolonged icing conditions and crashed 04jul99 at Gresso, Ticino, Switzerland en route Cranfield-Locarno-Magadino. Later rebuilt in a new configuration as a Stag-EzR.
