PP-VJK (cn 19822/726) Awaiting take-off clearance runway 24L. First flight was June 28, 1968. Delivery date was November 4, 1968. Other serials - N763U ntu by Saturn Airways. Sadly, W/O during January 3, 1987 at Abidjan, Ivory Coast with Varig as PP-VJK. Engine number 1 problem on take-off attempted return to Abidjan, approximately 18km from ABJ she crashed into jungle with 50 fatalities - r.i.p.
