Are you sure this is Varig? Looks like United. When I flew Varig in business I recall all kind of weird colours (yellow etc)

Great picture, sad to see Varig crumbling economically

Varig has one of the best First Class in the world with good onboard service, good travel kit and good planes!

Beautiful interior. Definately not United as 'Varig' is clearly visible on the blue blanket, and yellow sheet near the magazine holders.

Love the picture, the thought of this all becoming history brings a tear to my eye

It's a Varig aircraft, but this aircraft was once N770UA, and it would appear that Varig did not reconfigure it when they took delivery. The cabin configuration here is United's First Suite product, and UA's business class seats are visible in the next cabin back. Wonder if the Friendship Stripe is still on the cabin bulkheads.

It's one of the better cabin shots, thanks!

It is a UAL first class cabin - the aircraft was N770UA with them and Varig didn't change the cabin. See photo no. 0861532 for an original Varig FC seat.

This is an ex. UAL bird. You can tell by the 22 code from 777-2(22) that it was built for United.

Too bad they're broke. Why do Airlines buy aircraft that they can't afford? Gotta pay the price for that like Varig did!

This was a beautiful first class, it's a shame that Varig has no more this aircraft.
