Mid-wing ground-attack two seater, powered by two General Electric J86-17 axial turbojets of 2900lbs thrust each. Developed during the Vietnam war due to serious needs of the "cheap and easy to fly" closed support plane. Based on well known Cessna T-37 side-by-side jet trainer. It was fitted with the strengthened and armored fuselage, modified wings with the self-sealing fuel tanks and external hardpoints. The A-37 displayed, was first shipped to Poland from North Vietnam in the 1970's.
