Fantastic photograph, look at the heat shimmer behind. The car is far away from the runway, it looks close because of foreshortening.

He's probably looking for those illegal photo junkies! Either that or U.S. Customs and Border Patrol is really scaling back on their high tech gear... Here in Toronto we're told to move anyone along who stops and takes pictures. Kind of hard to do when I'm sitting in my cruiser taking pictures myself!

I am very familiar with lax, i worked for twa there.
the service roads are positioned as on every airport to clear the aircraft.its a very dynamic photo.#4 engine did clear! congrats to paul paulsen

I think this photo is grate because i was on this aircraft when the photo was taken! I did see the man looking but didn't realise how close he was to the aircraft!
