Great photo, I absolutely love the lighting. Just one question, why is the aircraft's left landing light illuminated while it's right is not?

Excellent lighting, beautiful plane, exhilarating engines.
Its just that the cockpit windows look a little ugly from this angle.

Terrific Michael! One of the more beautiful shots I've seen lately. I especially like how the engine fans are lit up by the sun. You really used the 10D to it full potential here. - Brett
