Seen landing runway 27 while National Airlines 727-23 N4735 waits. Western Airlines...the only way to fly! First flight was March 8, 1969. Delivery date was March 17, 1969. Other serials - B-12001 TP-03 & XC-IJI with Fuerza Aerea Mexicana. Wears FN 223 with Western Airlines. Sadly, W/O May 10, 1999 at Loma Bonita Air Base, Mexico with Mexican Air Force as B-12001. On landing aircraft overran runway & nose gear collapsed. Grass near aircraft caught fire and aircraft burnt-out - 0 fatalities.
