N4247K / 131643 (cn 4144) In 1986 a coat of paint covered the original US Navy markings. Also on airliners.net are photos from 1976 in storage prior to this paint scheme & from 2004 in Manila where it has weathered away.

Worked on this Connie. It was here in Arlington WA. where it had the secondary boost removed ( then was certifed for 100 LL fuel,) along with the auto pilot and pressurization systems. So when it flew out to hawaii on our first leg to Palau and Japan we had to fly at 12,000 MSL and fully hands on. for 12 hrs
