Why is the registration F-OIPI ? simply because PI means Province of Islands or in french : Province des Iles. Notice that the ATR 72-500 of the same airline is registered F-OIPN for "North Province". The last comming 72-500 scheduled for the end of the year will be F-OIPS for "South Province".
