Del 03/92. Making a very late touchdown on Rwy 16R as CA175 from Beijing via Melbourne. This aircraft touched down south of the Rwy 07/25 intersection which is a long way from the desired touch down point for Rwy 16R. The aircraft just floated and then slammed onto the runway.... perhaps in the cockpit the voice saying "stall stall stall" was misinterpereted as "wow these Jumbo's are easy to land"? I'm not sure!
