Little did I know at the time that this was Avianca's latest 762 to enter the fleet...and even better have a special tail stating "Colombia es Pasion". With the help of detective Matt Wallman we were able to come up with some info showing that this 762 came from Aeromexico and looks to be former XA-TNS. So here is N728CG as "Avianca 48" getting ready to set those mains on 24R in the late afternoon hours over LA. Thanks Cameron, I owe you one.

This is one absolutely beautiful photo of my country's airline, I'm so thankful that we didn't lose. I was in Bogota a few days ago. I was trying to take photos at SKBO El Dorado, and was approached by two little green bad ass dudes from the colombian army. They told me that I was not allowed to photograph any A/C from inside or outside the airport. I swear there's more cops and soldiers at SKBO than passengers traveling into and out of the airport. If they would allow us to photograph at this busy one of a kind AVA hub, many Colombians such as myself would be thankful and happy. Does anyone know why we are not allowed to shoot at SKBO. I guess this uggly experience answered my question as to why isn't anyone uploading photos taken at El Dorado?
Thank you for sharing your works of art, Take care BRO
