Ah, nostaligia! The once proud UK airline manufacturing industry is now largely laid to rest in museums. Here we see a line up of classi British designs, starting with the BAC 1-11 (British Airways), then a Hawker Siddeley Trident (BEA), a Vickers Super VC-10 (BOAC Cunard - all VC-10s are super, by the way!), and then the mighty Bristol B.175 Britannia (Monarch - happiness is big Bristols!), and finally at the rear left the nose of a Vickers Viscount of BEA can be seen, this type arguably Britain's finest airliner production achievement. The museum also has a Handley Page HPR-7 Herald, a De Havilland DH-104 Comet, an Avro York and an Airspeed Ambassador and a Concorde prototype amongst others, making it THE place in the world to see classic British airliners
