"City of Elgin". Also "City of Edinburgh". Speedbird 282 heavy to LHR is seen lining up runway 24L for departure. First flight was March 19, 1979. Delivery date was March 27, 1979. Other serials - G-BDXH with EAL - European Aircharter. Wears FN XH with British Airways. On June 3, 1983 operating KUL-PER, all 4 engines flamed out from ash of Mt Galunggang volcano. Relit all engines, had to shut down #2 again - diversion landing at CGK. Stored at BOH (Bournemouth) on March 17, 2004, & broken-up in July 2009.
