How could they? Thats just wrong... The only 1C preserved in the world. And the same fate will fall upon the only remaining standard VC10. They have allready cut up the only 707 with RR conway engines :(

Sad to see this, soon the only evidence of Britain's contribution to airliner history will be the wings of an Airbus. Can't believe no one in the UK stepped forward to save this bird.
