It's very rare to see a TriStar do such a low approach to runway 27. The Western Airlines pilots got a great view though! First fight was May 10, 1974. Delivery date was June 10, 1974. Built as TriStar 1, cvt'd to TriStar 50 in January 1985. Other serials - N188AT with American Trans Air & ATA Airlines. Registered to American Trans Air on June 9, 1989. Wears FN 708 with Delta Air Lines, & FN 188 with American Trans Air. Stored at ROW (Roswell) in September 2004 as N188AT, & was broken-up in April 2006.
