First flown on 02. March 1953, the Trident I was an experimental interceptor aircraft fitted with two small 400 kgP Tubomeca Marbore II turbojet engines and a SEPR rocket engine. The former were later in 1955 replaced by the much more powerful MD 30 Viper ASV.5 turbojet engines. A/c preserved at the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace.
