Sliding to a stop with nose gear retracted on runway 9-right. Flight lost hydraulics an hour into flight and returned to MIA. Crew managed to manually lower main gear but couldn't get nose gear down. Built in 1967. This aircraft tragically crashed shortly after takeoff exactly 8 months later in Manta, Ecuador, killing 3 crew, 1 passenger, about 30 people on the ground and seriously injuring 50 other people.
