First flight 17 March 1969. It is the helicopter used by test pilot Jean Boulet to set an FAI Absolute World Altitude record for helicopters, 12,442 meters, at Istres, France, 21 June 1972. It crashed at Flaine in the French Alps 23 February 1985.
