Enter the darkness!!
I was able to catch a few beautiful sunset photos over AKL. This is one of them.
On the left is Glenn, the Inflight Service Manager. He was extremely professional and courteous throughout the flight. Fantastic job!!
The business class cabin was only about 1/2 full - 15 out of 28 seats. I hope this increases as the AKL-YVR route is marketed more and becoomes more well known.
Even the font that NZ uses for their napkins looks classy. The sparkling wine was very nice, too.
My home for the next 13 hours until we arrive at YVR.
NZ's Lounge at AKL. Super nice place with very accommodating staff.
