California.Married a Air Traffic Controller,went to college to become a U.S.A.F. pilot,ex-wife vetoed idea.Worked for Dynalectron at Point Mugu N.A.S. working on F-14s,A-6s, and A-7s.Worked with first GPS system, U.S.Navys' NAVSTAR-GPS out at ElCentro getting to watch the Navy Blue Angels practice.Received call from a U.S. Airline,went to work for them in L.A. for a year.Transferred to Albuquerque for a year following ex-wifes' ATC career.Transferred to Omaha and opened outstation,spent 2 years there.Transferred to Kansas City for 2 1/2 years,then divorced.Spent 3 months temp duty at St.Louis when Eastern Airlines shutdown.Met new wife,Travel Agent, in Kansas city upon return.Transferred to Denver for 1 year but DIA was passed shortly thereafter.Transferred to Orlando,married in Orlando,love Florida.11 September was awful,all those innocent people,never saw Orlando International Airport that quiet for a week.Love the Airline,and love Florida,enjoying life now.Trying to learn a 4-letter word now,GOLF,because of my 2 nephews who routinely beat me.With a U.S. Airline since beginning of 1985. | ||||||||||
