N222JS (cn 680E-721-28) Slide scan. This is what happens when a friend buys an ex-drug runner, restores everything except the paint in my hangar & then leaves for a week. Flew it like this for 3 months. The whole story is very funny |

VH-CAY (cn 680E-855-76) Built 1960 and previously owned by the Dept of Transport for airways calibration work - still wearing their basic colour scheme. Just started engines for a cross-charter on behalf of Skywest Airlines to Pannawonica and Roebourne. This was my last day working at Horizon Aviation. The aircraft was sold to Karratha Flying Services, then to a company in Queensland. Written off 15.7.88 at King Island- crashed & burned, crew injured. Sistership VH-CAX in the background of the photo. |
