Beech A65 Queen Air Excalibur

N9546Q (cn LC-231) I thought this twin looked absolutely gorgeous dressed in blue. It only had about 2,700 hours Total Time on its airframe & its engines were upgraded. It was built in 1966 & you could easily tell by its tail & those screened intakes that she was from the past.

N9546Q (cn LC-231) The pilot of this Queen Air was so kind & he invited me into this old twin's gorgeous cabin. It was built in 1966 & must be a wonderful place to enjoy a flight through the sky. It even has No Smoking & Seatbelt signs on the right bulkhead.

N9546Q (cn LC-231) After waiting patiently for his IFR clearance, the pilot of this beautiful Queen Air was finally lining up on runway 15. It was on its way home to Detroit where it would land at KDET. It was built in 1966 & was in mint condition inside & out. Thanks to the pilot Sam for the great laughs & nice cockpit visit.
