Remark
Photographer
C-FAVN (cn 17253566) Here's a nice airplane on a nice day with wonderful colours in the background. This Cessna was built in 1966 & lives here at one of my favorite airports in the woods up north.

Untitled
Cessna 172G Skyhawk
Peterborough (YPQ / CYPQ)
Canada - Ontario, November 12, 2011
Remark
Photographer
CF-VBD (cn 17253694) This 1966 Cessna looked great with its fancy paint as it watched the sunset from the cold ramp. High winds recently flipped some planes here but this Skyhawk was tied down good with those huge slabs of concrete.

Untitled
Cessna 172G Skyhawk
Jandakot (JAD / YPJT)
Australia - Western Australia, May 12, 1990
Remark
Photographer
N4625L (cn 17254620) This aircraft was registered 17 days after this photo as VH-LKG. W/Off 18.7.1995 at Amaroo Homestead, WA - landed but pilot worried that aircraft would overrun runway. Applied power to go around but aircraft did not climb and right wing hit a tree, causing aircraft to swing around & touch down again. Right wing, engine cowl & nosewheel damaged as aircraft came to a stop, still on its landing gear but facing opposite direction to landing, 70 metres from the end of the airstrip. Cancelled 22.8.1995.
