JA8547 (cn 47856/366) This is so pretty. "J-Ways 59" from Honolulu is taxiing on apron after landing on runway 19L. Definitely good old days of smile on JALWays DC-10 at CTS! |

JA8544 (cn 47852/340) 3x "G81" D10(JO), it was most difficult to shoot in JAL DC-10 fleet. This short-lived new JAL titled Resocha D10 is the sole frame received new color in JL/JO Resocha entire fleet. Seen taxiing on J-3 for 34R departure. So far in 2011, I still love to shoot those quality slides at HND. [Fuji Velvia] |

JA8542 (cn 47825/310) In the days before airbridges, the only way to deplane was via stairs. Airbridges became necessary as commercial avation introduced widebody aircraft. Kai Tak, with limited space for development, was caught in a time warp, as widebodies became the norm yet there was no space for development. So, when you arrived in Hong Kong, you had to walk down the stairs, and wait to be bussed to the terminal. Pictured here is a JAL DC-10 that had just arrived from NRT [Fuji Velvia Slide] |
