1043 (cn 651043) MiG-19PM nr 1043 was delivered to Czechoslovakia Air Force in Ferbruary 1961 and assigned to 5. slp (fighter air regiment) at Plzen-Line. At the end of 1961 was transfered to 11. slp at Zatec and since 1965 operated with 4. slp at Pardubice. There flown last-time on 17th March 1970 and since 20th April is situated in Kbely museum. During 836 take-offs flew 722 hours. In the nose is the Izumrud radiolocator and under each wing two guided air-to-air missiles RS-2U. MiG-19 was the first supersonic fighter type for Czechoslovakia Air Force.

1104 (cn 651104) MiG-19PM 1104 was delivered to Czechoslovakia AIr Force on 7 February 1961. Withdrawn was with the last 14 MiG-19s on 24 August 1972 by 5. slp (fighter air regiment) at Plzen-Line with total 723 flying hours on his account. Presently is situated in very damaged condition in Air Park Zruc.

1040 (cn 651040) MiG-19PM nr 1040 was delivered to Czechoslovakia Air Force in Ferbruary 1961 to 1. slp (fighter air regiment) at Ceske Budejovice. During his 11 years duty changed other some units - 4. slp at Pardubice, 8. slp at Praha-Kbely and 5. slp at Plzen-Line. There flown last time on 2nd June 1972 and cancelled was in October. Since 1st September 1990 is situated in Kunovice museum.

0918 (cn 650918) MiG-19 was first type of supersonic fighter initiated to Czechoslovakia Air Force in 1958 and version PM was first type whose armament consisted purely of AA guided missiles RS-2U. MiG-19PM „0918“ belonged to first 6 aircraft delivered to Czechoslovakia in August 1959 and was assigned to 1st flight of 11. slp (11th fighter air regiment) based in Zatec. During 12 years flown 687 hours and in 1971 was preserved. Now to see in Air Park Zruc near Plzen.
