EX976 (cn 88-15056) This Havard is an ex-South African (41-33949) two seat training aircraft powered by a 550hp Pratt and Whitney Wasp with a range of 750 miles. It arrived with the Fleet Air Arm in 1944 and served with RNAS Cochin although it was mainly stored. It was struck-off in 1956 and transported to Yeovilton where it remained. On 30/09/1980, it was transported to RNAS Culdrose by road for respray and repairs then taken back by road to the FAAM and put on display (Canon 50D + Sigma 10-20 EX DC HSM)
