UK - England, July 15, 2012
Remark
Photographer
G-CVXN (cn F406-0064) This F405 Caravan II, with it's creative civil registration, was on static display at the Farnborough International Air Show 2012. I managed to get this show from an elevated position during the rare sunny breaks during the day.

France - Customs
Reims F406 Vigilant
Toulon / Hyeres - Le Palyvestre (TLN / LFTH)
France, June 13, 2010
Remark
Photographer
F-ZBCF (cn F406-0077) Vigilant in SurMar version of the French Customs Service landing at Hyeres airport. Surveillance (maritime) version SurMar is equipped with 360" radar, such as Texas Instruments AN/APS-134 or Telephonies AN/ APS-143 and optional equipment including Litton night vision system. In 1996 Reims developed underwing hardpoints for the F406 which enable it to carry light weapons such as machine gun pods or rocket launchers, or camera pods or SAR liferafts. This aircraft was delivered in September 1999 and operates probably already from Hyeres.
