G-BLCK / TE566/DU-A (cn 17-1363) (Ex 312 (Czech) Squadron based at Manston; Czech AF; IDAF; 4X-FOB) seen in Czech AF markings. Operated by the Historic Aircraft Collection 1987-1998. Sold in South Africa as ZU-SPT and crashed 25.4.2002, sadly, killing the pilot.

TE565 / NN-N (cn CBAF/11817) This Spitfire arrived to Czechoslovakia together with No. 310 (Czechoslovak) Squadron (motto "We fight to rebuild") in August 1945. Spitfire IXEs were in Czechoslovakia Air Force service redesignated as S-89. This TE565 served by 1st flight of Aviation Regiment 12 at Praha-Kbely coded DZ-6 and later by Aviation Military Academy at Hradec Králové A-712. In 1949 was intended for export to Israel, but on 22 April 1949 crash-landed and export was canceled and Spit stored for museum purposes. In 1960s was restored, loaned almost to 35 years to Kbely museum and since February 2011 is displayed back in the National Technical Museum at Prague.
