XG594 / 517 (cn WA89) Built by Westland at Yeovil in 1957. Operated along the south coast - RNAS Lee-on-Solent, RNAY Fleetlands, HMS Bulwark, RNAS Portland, RNAS Culdrose and Boscombe Down. Struck off charge in Mar-1970, and allocated to the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Displayed at the Scottish Strathallan and East Fortune Museums since 1982. Returned to the FAAM's Cobham Hall in 2003. |
