The service runs twice a day and has been fully booked since it started on 8 May. It is the only route flown by Highland Airways outside Scotland - this appropriately-registered Jetstream bears the name City of Inverness. Note the baggage pannier under the fuselage. G-BTXG (cn 719) The EU has funded the Welsh Assembly Government to support a Public Service Obligation air service linking Cardiff and RAF Valley promote the economic development of Anglesey. A terminal has been built, and today was the press launch to celebrate the award of contracts to Operon and Highland Airways for terminal operation and provision of the air service respectively.
