Wfu a couple of months before this shot, the fuselage remains intact at El Dorado in private hands having at one stage served as a police social club. HK-1708 (cn 138) Written off in 1991, this Viscount was donated by Intercontinental de Aviacion (non-existant since 2004) to Comfama park in Rionegro (1 hour drive from Medellin), where it still survives as part of the park's amusement setup. Very nice classic cockpit of the first turboprop! |
