N69059 (cn 29454/864) Taken after the tug driver stopped the aircraft on taxiway C. N69059 is now seen warming its engines, ready for its long flight . . . er, taxi back to the other side of the airport! Love the lighting effect on this one, this B764 sure knows how flash! Clouds also make a nice touch to the photo. |

PH-BFI / FI-030 (cn 25086/850) It had been almost 4 and 1/2 years since I did any night shooting. I guess it was about time I got back into it. And the person who inspired me to do so was my good friend from Houston, Nathan Zalcman. Nathan has a vast collection of superb night photos from several airports. In fact, with his guidance on this night I took this shot. It was the end to a wonderful day of shooting that started early that morning. Along the way we met old friends and made some new one. Thank you all for a FUN day. Here we see KL 602 about to make her way out to 24L for departure back home to AMS. |

Las Vegas McCarran Airport is a dark spot in the bright light city yet is very close to all the casinos. Due to strong northerly winds runways 01R and 01L are in use. Aircraft are landing 01L and departing 01R. What is amazing about Las Vegas is that the city stops short of the mountains where the lights abruptly stop and blackness starts. |

Wow! Imagine if the airport is still in use, the Super Jumbo Jet will fly in from the right and perform a 47 degree turn upon the football field to align with the runway then touchdown rwy 13. Photo without watermark and dedicated to all. [Canon 24-105mm IS, Provia 100F] |

PH-BF* Friday the 13th, but I had all the luck in the world! The most magnificent sunrise I have ever seen, and luckily the characteristic shape of the 747 was right in front of it. |

N498MC (cn 29259/1227) Who gets up at this unhealthy hour? This morning we watched the heavies arriving in front of this beautiful sunrise. It's worth getting out of bed for this view. |
