F-BTSD (cn 213) I flew on this Concorde a year later on a supersonic flight from Paris to Manchester.On this particular day the aircraft was delayed for departure as the fire service attended to deal with a leakage of fuel onto the apron.The aircraft shut down on the taxiway for a while until the matter was resolved.Eventually the aircraft was given the all clear to continue its supersonic charter. |

As this was the last day/event of the fiesta called 'Mass Ascension,' due to the shower passed through the area at the break of dawn, most of special shape balloons have canceled the flight. Still, as you can see, many balloons are now preparing for launch. This photograph was taken from "That a way" flown by David Bobel (N4508B) who took me to the air for the first time.
