3157 (cn 013157) The kitchen of the former presidental aircraft. The panel above the oven is used to adjust cabin heat and to control the light system. Although this aircraft is about 50 years old it is nearly equipped like a modern airliner...

VH-CZT (cn 27454/2703) The galley ..... despite the lovely smell of fresh coffee we didn't get any of it .... bugger !!! Still ... the crew on board was very nice and helpful ... so I'm not complaining about Ansett Australia ... maybe i do get invited for a cup of coffee onboard one of there planes one day ... .

PH-BUK / UK-027 (cn 21549/336) A unique galley, because of the position in the length of the aircraft. You can see all the way down 2 economy sections.

HS-TGK (cn 24993/833) Interesting galley on this Thai 744, looking straight into a completely empty first class. Flight TG980 Phuket-Bangkok. I had thought this flight originates in Phuket. It originates in Sydney, though, goes on to Melbourne, then Phuket and finally into BK! You can imagine the look on my face when I got on board and all of a sudden there are hundreds of people on the plane even though the gate area was all empty...!

D-AIHF (cn 543) This is the opposite side of the lower deck galley. Check my other pic ID591519. And yes guys, it's downstairs! Not the rear part of the cabin! Here you can see the two elevators. Working as a flight attendant on a A340-600 without them would be terrible. ;-)

EC-HQH (cn 387) A view of the rear galley on board IB802 from MAD-LPA. Two crew seats that are used for take off and landing can be seen here too. The meal service had already concluded on this rather short hop down to Gran Canaria, so it was tidy. Canon 10D + Sigma 15mm EX Fisheye.

Remark

PH-BFG / FG-003 (cn 24517/782) Here I am flying from DEL to AMS for my internship with Airbus Industrie. We are over Afghanistan and the pilot graciously came to tell me that we are flying at FL 280 (shockingly low) because of an aircraft above us and that we are burning more fuel that necessary. As a result our ground speed was also much higher than normal. I like the unusual layout of the KLM 747's. (Canon 400D along with the Sigma 8mm fisheye)
