We are on the Expressway Visual Approach to Runway 31 over Brooklyn, the three bridges visible are left to right , Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg all crossing the East River with the Brooklyn Navy Yard in front of the wing. EWR is visible in the distance above the wing. |

VH-WWL (cn 17267132) After cruising over Rottnest Island we make our way accross the Indian Ocean to Australian mainland and the city of Perth, which can be seen basking in the sunlight below us as we make a turn some 1500ft above the CBD. Langley Park and Perth Waters can be seen to the right where the Red Bull Air Race 2006 Perth will shortly be set up using Langley Park as the airfield. An awesome flight indeed! |
