N9672 (cn 20324/119) American 1 heavy is on short final landing runway 24L routing JFK-LAX. First flight was March 17, 1971. Delivery date was April 16, 1971. Built as 747-123, cvt'd to 747-123(SF) freighter. Other serials - N672UP with UPS - United Parcel Service, and also N9672 with Connecticut National Bank. Served briefly with American Airlines as a 747-123(SF) freighter before being sold to UPS. Stored at ROW during June 2008.

Temporary storage at TUL on February 17, 1994. Ferried to & stored at AMA in April 1994. Again, ferried to & stored at GYR for Federal Express. Broken-up at GYR in 2002 as N549FE.
