UR-09307 (cn 043481244) A very special picture for more than one reason! This shot of my first encounter with the awesome An-22 nearly didn’t happen. Having spent most of the day at Manston in the pouring rain, I was packing away ready to leave the airport - when the sun broke through the clouds creating this beautiful backdrop! The 160 mile round trip wasn’t a complete washout after all! Also, this is my 100th picture on a.net. |
