04 It's not the Photoshop, it's my fair picture. The most successful my photo of the series of a photos those seconds ! It was the celebratory airshow, devoted to the 75 anniversary of military-transport aviation of Russia. |

N656US (cn 26847/486) WOW!!! I was taking some pictures at the end of Rwy 24 when this US Airways n/c came over shooting flames and making loud bangs. I counted 8 of them, and lucky for me, at least 3 times I got the fire on the photo with the result like this. Those people inside must have been shocked really hard with all those flames and bangs! btw: I like their new paintjob! [Camera: EOS 300D Lens: Canon 90-300mm] |

EC-IOB (cn 440) IB6403 MAD-MEX aborted take off due to an open cockpit window warning. The brakes were very hot and the firemen were alerted. The fireman had a hard work to do for near an hour. You can see several empty fire extinguishers on the ground. Even they had to use the truck water canyon and the flexible discharge hoses. |

PH-BFG / FG-003 (cn 24517/782) Well I don’t think this really needs a comment. It speaks for itself. Truly SXM trademark at its best. If he were much lower he would have gotten the fence and these guys’ heads. Not very often you see grown men ducking down there. What an awesome weekend this was. Thanks guys! |

PH-BFR / FR-035 (cn 27202/1014) "KL868 execute missed approach". I was watching a NWA DC-10 landing and I saw a KLM 747 close behind it. I was already thinking hmm not a lot of clearance. When the DC-10 landed I was already tracking the 747 and when I saw her come overhead I noticed the DC-10 still had not vacated the runway! Shortly after I heard the KLM give full throttle commencing its missed approach. Spectacular to see how fast it can climb! You can clearly see the DC-10 still on the runway. Note photo taken at Rwy 18R. [EF100-400mm] |
