N524VA (cn 3204) Qantas 747-400 (VH-OEI) is seen going around, climbing past us in the A319. We were performing a parallel ("side-by") approach to Runway 28 in San Francisco (SFO) when apparently the heavy couldn't stay behind us and had to go around. It was the most spectacular thing I have ever seen from inside an airplane! |

UR-82060 (cn 19530503763) The humongous Mriya with this side showing 14 wheels and 3 massive engines. Most airport personnel on duty that day came to watch the Antonov and most of them took some pictures like these two rampworkers are doing. It's a nice comparison between man and the world's largest aircraft. The world's former largest passenger aircraft sits in the background. |

N653A / 5CA (cn 24611/397) It wouldn't even make people blink an eye in ORD or DEN. At DFW, if you've got any type of freezing precip it doesn't help things! |
