PH-BFG / FG-003 (cn 24517/782) This 747 took one extremely low pass over the Maho Bay before touching down before the piano keys on runway 09. Scary stuff! |

G-BRYU (cn 458) I like the way the Dash 8's fuselage looks almost like it is suspended in mid air in a close up like this. Just about to enter Runway 24L. |

RA-96006 (cn 74393201003) Thrilling takeoff, as she used the whole runway, I thought at one second she won't make it! It was a thrill, she took off right at the end of runway marking! Woo! Also please see PhotoID 321482 for the lifted up scene. [Nikon D100] |

F-OHQX (cn 3009) An Islander heads down the infamous approach into St barts where me, ChrisK, ChrisS, and RyanD spent a wonderful day shooting, drinking, and eating at possibly one of the best resturants in the world. Does it get much better than this? Oh and 10 points if you can spot a certain Mr Ryan Davis trying to get a artisitic shot! |

OH-LPG (cn 49708/1561) They call this aircraft the Mad Dog, and it resembles a dachshund with its long body and short legs. It is almost scraping the runway as it rotates for takeoff. |

CS-TKN (cn 624) This month of November had been really good for us spotters, with so many different things coming by!! Not being a different A/C, this one deserved some attention... These pilots were caught in some wind shear, and it was really close to total disaster, since the wing almost touched the ground! You can also see the stress in main landing gear... At that time, there were gusts up to 44 knots of crosswind, and heavy turbulence was reported! I'm glad that everything ended up well.. [Canon 40D + Sigma 120-400 |

G-OJMR (cn 605) I was trying this for some years but the right conditions were never combined before, there are too many factors out of control, sun setting lined up with the runway center line (there are only two days per year when the sun sets in that position), sun not covered by clouds, aircraft landing at the right time, rather a widebody. I can only imagine the view those pilots were having up there. |
