Due to prevailing winds, passenger/cargo loads, etc., Philippine Airlines' LAX/SFO-MNL flights often stop in either Honolulu or (more commonly) Guam for additional fuel. As these tech stops always occur under the cover of darkness, I was pleasantly surprised to see PR103 from LAX running a few hours behind schedule that particular morning! |
